Luanda — A clinic with the capacity of 300 beds and which will function as a School Hospital will be built soon, in Luanda, by the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World (also known as the Simão Toco or Tocoista Church), announced last Sunday the spiritual leader of this religious denomination, bishop Afonso Nunes.

The cleric made the announcement to the press during a religious service of thanks, held in the ambit of the celebration of the 67th wedding anniversary of this congregation’s late prophet, Simão Gonçalves Toco (he married Maria Rosa Toco), marked on August 22, as well as the fourth anniversary of the unveiling of the first Tocoist cathedral, celebrated on August 17.

Afonso Nunes stated that the clinic will have German technology and specialists, and the students in the school-hospital will benefit from training, as a result of the interchange that will happen between the leadership of the congregation and German institutions.

«We want to have here in Luanda a hospital with cutting-edge technology where the citizens that look for assistance can receive quality service, so for this aim we need to have well trained cadres , that’s the reason why we have contacted German institutions», revealed the prelate.
