«¡ Se acabó La Piladera! » Una cocina, un molino y los insumos

Quien iba a pensar que ese slogan de los años 50 de la novedosa harina deshidratada iba a costarnos caro en este siglo XXI. Y con él se nos fue la memoria de lo que fue la cotidianidad de moler el maíz para hacer las arepas. Claro, el desarrollo… y no faltará quien diga que queremos volver “al guayuco”, pero si volver al guayuco significa nuestra liberación entonces ¡Bienvenido!.

Mariátegui dice que el socialismo nuestroamericano debe ser creación heroica, es decir un pueblo que se las inventa para asumir los medios de producción, pero tenemos un gobierno que…cree en el poder popular, entonces hagamos heroísmo y seamos el bravo pueblo.

Soñamos con empresas, pequeñas industrias (así le decía Simón Rodríguez a las pequeños acometimientos) regadas por todo el país, en las casas, en las calles, en las cuadras, en las comunas, en las barriadas…urbanizaciones…y sigamos contando…

Un espacio limpio, una cocina, un molino, y el insumo principal. El Maíz Pilao, que puede obtenerse, si nos organizamos bien en algún establecimiento donde haya un molino que lo pile (existen ya las máquinas que lo hacen por montones…tecnología popular) y pueda ser distribuido por los establecimientos de la molienda…

Luego, un espacio donde ese maíz se cocina y se muele (tecnología popular que ya existe) para que la gente compre la masa. Y si no quiere la masa se le hacen las arepas envasadas al vacío…en el firmamento…el la galaxia como la pidamos y al alcance de todos.

La arepa al alcance de todos.

Y… Lorenzo que siga sacando su maíz deshidratado para los paladares solidarios de su burguesía.
